Terms & Conditions - Million Cedi Christmas Campaign

Campaign Period: November 24, 2025 – December 24, 2025

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By participating in the Million Cedi Christmas Campaign ("Campaign"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before participating.

2. CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW

2.1 Main Giveaway Prize

• Prize Pool: 1,000 winners will each receive 1,450 GHS
• iPhone 17 pro: 2 lucky winners will get the iPhone
• Selection Method: Winners will be selected through a lucky draw from all eligible participants who meet the qualifying criteria
• Eligibility Period: Transfers completed between November 24, 2025, and December 24, 2025

3. REFERRAL PROGRAM

3.1 Referrer Rewards (Ghana Preference)

Initial Referral Bonus:

• Referrers will receive 600 GHS upon the successful completion of qualifying transfers by their first two (2) referees
• Each referee must complete a minimum transfer of 1,400 GHS
• The 600 GHS reward will only be released when BOTH referees have completed their qualifying transfers
• If only one referee completes the transfer requirement, the reward will remain pending until the second referee fulfills the criteria
• Referrers can redeem 40% of their referral credit per transaction. Once the minimum threshold of £5 (or equivalent) is reached, referrers can redeem 100% of their reward.

Subsequent Referral Bonus:

• Referrers will receive 300 GHS for each additional successful referral beyond the first two
• Each additional referee must complete a minimum transfer of 1,400 GHS

3.2 Referee Rewards (Ghana Preference)

New users who join through a valid referral code or link are eligible for:

• 300 GHS welcome reward upon completing a transfer of 1,400 GHS or more
• Automatic entry into the Main Giveaway (1,450 GHS Christmas Gift draw)
• Referee can redeem 40% of their referral credit per transaction. Once the minimum threshold of £5 (or equivalent) is reached, referee can redeem 100% of their reward.

Referee Requirements:

• Must be a new user to the platform
• Must register using a valid referral code or referral link
• Must complete a minimum transfer of 1,400 GHS during the Campaign Period

4. MAIN GIVEAWAY QUALIFICATION FOR REFERRERS

4.1 Additional Entry Requirements

Referrers seeking entry into the 1,450 GHS plus iphone Christmas Gift lucky draw must fulfill ALL of the following criteria:

1. Referral Minimum: Successfully refer at least two (2) new users who are Ghanaian residents or citizens
2. Transfer Volume: Complete a cumulative transfer volume of 3,500 GHS during the Campaign Period
• Referral bonus credits are excluded from this calculation
• Number of individual transactions is not relevant; only total transfer volume matters
3. Social Media Engagement:
• Like our official Facebook page
• Join our official WhatsApp Channel
• Submit screenshot proof of both actions
4. Referee Completion: Both referees must each complete transfers totaling 1,400 GHS or more (excluding any referral credit received)

4.2 Prize Distribution

• Upon meeting all criteria, referrers will be entered into the lucky draw for the 1,450 GHS Christmas appreciation gift
• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible referrers
• Winners can redeem 50% of their referral credit per transaction. Once the minimum threshold of £25 (or equivalent) is reached, winners can redeem 100% of their reward.

5. BONUS iPhone GIVEAWAY

5.1 Prize

The top referrer and the top-volume sender will each win an iPhone 17 Pro.

5.2 Winner Determination

Winners will be determined based on the following metrics :

• Total number of successful referrals during the Campaign Period
• Highest cumulative transfer volume during the Campaign Period

6. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

6.1 Eligibility

• Participants must be residents of Ghana (where applicable per program requirements)
• Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

6.2 Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified for:

Providing false or misleading information

• Engaging in fraudulent activity
• Violating these Terms or the platform`s general Terms of Service
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company

6.3 Prize Distribution

• Prizes(iPhone) will be distributed within 30 days of campaign conclusion
• Referral reward of 1,450 GHS will given to referrers on 24 dec 2025
• Winners will be notified via registered email or phone number
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• The Company reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value

6.4 Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or circumstances beyond its control

6.5 Privacy

• Participant information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• By participating, you consent to the use of your information for campaign administration purposes

6.6 Modifications

• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice
