Follow these steps to make your profile through Remit Choice Web or mobile application available on the Play Store and App Store.

  • Click on the register button 
  • On signup fill in the required information
  • Select Sending from a country in the drop-down list
  • Select Receiving to a country in the drop-down list
  • Enter Your Email
  • Enter secure Password
  • Enter your Phone Number
  • If you have Referral Code Check the Box (Optional)
  • Click on the Signup Button
  • You will get OPT on your email Address

Enter OPT code then Click on the Verify Now button

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the below steps:
Click on Forgot Password.
Enter your registered email address.
Click on Send Request button.
Enter the six-digit code received at your email address.

Your transaction will be reviewed within 5-10 minutes in a way to complete the verification process.

Click on the My Recipient option.
Click on Add New Recipient.

You can check the status of your transaction(s) through our mobile apps (Android/iOS) and website.

You can check the status of your transaction(s) by clicking on the option “Track Transfer” on the Dashboard.

For Website

If you want to check the status of your transaction(s) from the website, you have to log in to your account first.

 You can find all the transactions on your dashboard with the current status.

  • Login to your Remit Choice account.
  • Click on the My Recipient option.
  • Choose the recipient you need to change the details for.
  • Update the information.
  • Click on Submit button.

For a refund of a transaction, you can send a request at [email protected] via your registered email address.

It depends on your bank’s pre-defined time period for refund processing.

Your transaction(s) can be auto-canceled:

  • If you don’t provide mandatory information while making a transaction. The transaction will be incomplete and auto-canceled after 6 hours.
  • If your issuer bank doesn’t allow your payment to be processed.
  • If you have insufficient funds in your account.
  • If your withdrawal limit has been exceeded.
  • If you are using multiple email addresses for one credit/debit card.
  • If the 3-D Secure is not enabled for your card.
  • If your IP is different from the country, you are registered for.

An account can be inactive for the below-mentioned reasons:
  1.  A customer has requested us to inactive or delete his/her account.
  2.  A customer has created multiple accounts which are not permitted and the additional account(s) will be inactive or deleted.

There is no as such limit on the amount which you can transfer by using Remit Choice as long as you provide us with proof of the funds which you are sending are from the legally verifiable source.

There are the following three delivery methods for your beneficiary to receive money.

  • Enter New Password.
  • Re-enter your new password (for confirmation)
  • Click on the Reset button.

  • Go to Settings
  • Click on the Profile option
  • Click on Request for Update
  • Support Chat opens

Drop a message with the information supposed to be updated

Open your app, you will find the Check Rate button on the dashboard.

By clicking on it, the exchange rate will appear on your screen.

Select sending country and receiving country from the drop-down menu to see the current exchange rates.

You can see the various status of your transaction(s):

OK: Your transaction has been forwarded to the payout and it will be credited to your beneficiary’s account.

Paid: Your beneficiary has received the transferred amount.

Compliance Hold: There is a need for additional details/documents from the sender to proceed Transaction.

Canceled: The transaction has been auto-canceled or canceled upon the customer’s request.

Incomplete: The Transaction process hasn’t been completed by the user.

In Process: A transaction is being reviewed and the details/documents are being verified for further processing.

For your first transaction, you have to provide proof of identification (local government-issued photo ID) i.e. passport, driving license, residence card, or national ID card.

  • Login into your account
  • Go to settings.
