About the Role

Remit Choice Limited is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Analyst to monitor payment activity and identify transactions that may present financial crime or compliance risks. The successful candidate will investigate alerts and escalate concerns in line with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review transaction monitoring alerts.
• Investigate unusual or potentially suspicious transactions.
• Analyse customer transaction patterns and activity.
• Conduct relevant AML and sanctions checks.
• Document investigations and maintain case records.
• Escalate high-risk activity to the appropriate team.
• Support improvements to transaction monitoring processes.

Requirements

• Experience in transaction monitoring, AML, KYC or financial services.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Good understanding of financial crime risks.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
