About the Role

 We are looking for a Payments Operations Officer to support the smooth processing of domestic and international payments. The successful candidate will monitor payment activity, investigate exceptions and work closely with internal teams to ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor incoming and outgoing payments.
• Investigate failed, delayed or rejected transactions.
• Perform payment checks and reconciliations.
• Respond to payment-related queries.
• Maintain accurate transaction records.
• Liaise with internal teams and banking partners.
• Follow operational, risk and compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in payments, banking, finance or operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
