About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Fraud Analyst to help protect our customers and payment services from fraudulent activity. The successful candidate will monitor transactions, investigate suspicious behaviour and support fraud prevention measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions for potential fraudulent activity.
• Investigate suspicious transactions and customer behaviour.
• Review fraud alerts and supporting information.
• Identify fraud trends and emerging risks.
• Escalate confirmed or suspected fraud cases.
• Maintain accurate investigation records.
• Support improvements to fraud prevention controls.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fraud, risk, banking or payments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
