About the Role

We are looking for a Fraud Prevention Officer to support the protection of our customers and payment services against fraudulent activity. You will assist with fraud reviews, investigations and preventative controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Review transactions for potential fraud indicators.
• Investigate suspected fraudulent activity.
• Review customer and payment information.
• Support fraud prevention controls and procedures.
• Escalate suspicious cases appropriately.
• Maintain accurate case records.
• Identify emerging fraud patterns and risks.

Requirements

• Experience in fraud, banking, payments or financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
