About the Role

Remit Choice Limited is seeking an experienced KYC Team Leader to supervise customer verification activities and support the delivery of effective onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the KYC team.
• Review customer verification and due diligence cases.
• Monitor team performance and quality.
• Provide guidance on complex KYC cases.
• Ensure procedures are followed consistently.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Prepare team performance and compliance reports.

Requirements

• Previous KYC or AML experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a team preferred.
• Strong knowledge of customer due diligence.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
