About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance across the business. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to FCA and HMRC requirements while promoting a strong compliance culture throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance.
• Review internal policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance monitoring.
• Coach and mentor team leaders and advisors.
• Investigate compliance issues.
• Deliver staff training.
• Liaise with regulators where required.

Requirements

• Degree level qualification 5-6 or equivalent.
• Experience in Compliance or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
